【內容簡介】

背景故事承接於《復仇者聯盟2：奧創紀元》事件的餘波，雖然復仇者聯盟依舊在團結一致的保護人類，但是在一些政治角力的背後，政府中有人認爲是有必要控制一下這些超級英雄的超自然能力和他們的行動了。於是，一項管控措施出臺。這個管控措施在復聯中引起了極大的爭議。最後復聯內部分別站隊鋼鐵俠和美國隊長，這兩個同盟者之間的矛盾就此爆發了出來。而復聯的“內戰”也不可避免的爆發 。

Steve: Clint?

Natasha: Says he's retired.

Steve: Wanda?

Natasha: TBD. (To Be Determined待定) I'm off to Vienna for the signing of the Accords. There is plenty of room on the jet. Just because it's the path of least resistance does mean it's the wrong path. Staying together is more important than how we stay together.

Steve: What are we giving up to do it? Sorry, Nat. I can't sign it.

Natasha: I know.

Steve: Well, then. What are you doing here?

Natasha: I didn't want you to be alone. Come here.
