乾旱（drought）似乎是每年夏季都會被提及的一個詞。不過，今年我國多地遭遇的嚴重氣象乾旱（meteorological drought）爲多年少見。其中，河南省6月以來的降水量（precipitation）較往年正常水平低了40%，爲63年來最低。
