Hello, everyone! 歡迎大家來到小強英語!在漢語當中，我們經常會說：“這真是個千載難逢的機會！”那在英語中如何表達“千載難逢”呢？——"once in a blue moon". If you do something once in a blue moon, it means you do it very rarely. "blue moon（藍月亮）"指“一個月中的第二次滿月”，大約每32個月左右會出現一次“一個月兩次圓月”的現象，因而常用"blue moon"來形容“罕見、不常發生的事情”，我們來看一下例句：

You should be grateful for the extra job offer. Things like that come along only once in a blue moon.
你應該對額外的工作機會抱有感激之心，這等事可是千載難逢。
