昨天，一封題爲《關於寧澤濤返回海軍隊訓練的函》的公函內容曝光。該函件稱，游泳世界冠軍寧澤濤因“私自代言廣告、不服從國家隊安排”等違規行爲，被中國游泳隊調整回海軍隊訓練。中國游泳隊有關負責人昨天介紹，寧澤濤確已被調整回原單位，對此，寧澤濤接受採訪時表示，從未看到過這份公函，自己是因身體原因主動申請離開國家隊的，而非“被調整”。

BEIJING - World champion Ning Zetao has violated the rules of the Chinese national swimming team and was turned back to his original Chinese Navy team for training, confirmed the Chinese swimming authority in a statement here on Wednesday.

北京消息，中國游泳中心發表聲明證實，世界冠軍寧澤濤因違反中國國家游泳隊的規定被調整回海軍隊訓練。

World champion是世界冠軍；Chinese national swimming team是中國國家游泳隊。
國家體育總局游泳運動管理中心（Swimming Management Center of the General Adminstration of Sport of China）表示，“寧澤濤嚴重違反了中國游泳協會相關規定（violate the rules of the national swimming team），給國家隊的建設造成了不良影響（resulted in adverse effect on the team），經研究，決定從即日起調整寧澤濤回海軍隊訓練（turned back for training to his previous team）”。
聲明還指出，“體育重視規則，規則面前人人平等。爲教育本人，加強國家隊管理（strengthen the team management），促進中國游泳事業健康發展（promote the healthy development of the sport in China），國家游泳隊做出了上述決定。希望寧澤濤能夠從這件事情中吸取教訓，深刻認識並改正問題，國家游泳隊的大門（the door of the national swimming team）始終爲那些有才華、有志於爲國爭光、願意爲中國游泳事業做出貢獻（willing to make contribution to the swimming sport in China）的運動員敞開。”
將寧澤濤從國家隊“除名”的“紅頭文件”的時間是2016年10月18日，文中提及的“私接廣告”，即寧澤濤去年私自簽約某品牌一事，而該品牌是國家隊贊助商競爭品牌（signed sponsorship in private without consent of the team）；“不服從安排”（refused to comply with the competition assignment of the team）和“拒絕參賽”則應是指去年4月全國冠軍賽暨里約熱內盧奧運會達標賽期間，寧澤濤以身體狀況爲由拒絕參加4X200米自由泳接力比賽（declined to take part in an Olympic qualifying relay event），導致中國男隊最終以微弱差距失去該項目奧運參賽資格。
昨天在接受媒體採訪時，寧澤濤本人表示“從沒有人向我提起過這份文件，更別說是正式通知”（notification）。同時也坦承早在去年9月19日他就因爲身體原因（physical problems）遞交了“退出國家游泳隊的情況說明”（hand in his letter to exit the national team）。
