1. 解釋
成爲一隻伏在牆上的蒼蠅纔不會引起別人的注意。不光可以清清楚楚地偷聽到別人的很機密的談話，而且還相當隱蔽，做得到神不知鬼不覺，從而不會被別人發現。根據這一生動的想象，就有這個說法了：a fly on the wall。用之來比喻“偷聽別人說話”。其英文解釋爲：If you say you would like to be a fly on the wall in a certain situation, you mean that you would like to be there secretly to see and hear what happens.
