再過一段時間，哈爾濱市民李豔韜就可以入住購買的新房了。本來這是一件讓人高興的事兒，可李豔韜每次和朋友們談起他的房子，都會讓朋友一頓諷刺挖苦。朋友挖苦李豔韜，是因爲他新房樓梯間的窗戶竟然是畫上去的。

Property developers promising one thing and delivering something else is not uncommon. But what is not common is this: A home owner discovered that the windows on the building's staircase were hand-drawn images, reported Heilongjiang Network and Broadcasting Television on Wednesday.

房地產開發商承諾的事情和兌現的事情不一致是常見的事。但是下面這件事卻並不常見：據黑龍江網絡廣播電視臺週三報道，一名房主發現所買房子樓梯間的窗戶是畫上去的。

property developer是房地產開發商；home owner是房主。
今年3月份，哈爾濱市民李豔韜買了一套期房。上個月，樓房的施工臨近尾聲（construction of building was near completed），李豔韜突然發現自家這棟房子有些不對勁，整棟樓各個樓層的樓梯間都沒有窗戶（no window in the staircase of the building）。過了幾天，大樓外牆畫上了假窗戶（fake windows were painted on the wall），這讓李豔韜難以接受（unacceptable）。
李豔韜表示，窗戶畫得跟真的一樣，水平沒得說，可自己心裏特別扭。以後住進去，樓梯間沒有窗戶（have no window in the staircase），採光（daylighting）就會受到影響，樓梯間非常暗（dark），心情（mood）也會跟着大打折扣。
開發商表示，這棟居民樓（residential building）採用的是機械加壓通風（mechanical compression for ventilation），不是自然通風（natural ventilation），所以樓梯間就沒有窗戶。而在外牆畫上窗戶（the painted windows）則是爲了讓樓房在外形上與效果圖（blueprint）更接近。
