【解詞釋義】鵝不論怎麼喜歡家居，總是其貌不揚。天鵝儘管在水中，還是姿態優美，所以把鵝當做天鵝是言過其詞。1621年，英國傳教士，哲學家Robert Burton在他的《憂鬱症分析》一書中最先使用這個成語。
