When comes to the graduate season, college students need to find a job. As the new in the job market, they don’t have the work experience, so they are so worried about finding a job. For most of them, they will present their applications no matter if they are interested in the job. This is not the right thing to do. 當涉及到畢業季,大學生需要找到一份工作。作爲在就業市場中的新人,他們沒有工作經驗,所以他們很擔心找工作。對於他們中的大部分人來說,他們會提交上求職申請,無論是否對這份工作感興趣。這樣做是不對的。
Students should take the interview with their sincerity, if not, they are wasting the employers’ time. Take my friend for example. She had got several interviews, when she presented the applications, she said she just wanted to try, even she got the job, she would not accept, for she was not interested. Then she was wanted by a company which she was not interested in, she refused to sign the contract. The employers were so angry with her, because they missed so many excellent students. At the same time, she wasted the employers’ time and energy. 學生應該懷着真誠去面試,如果不是這樣,他們浪費了僱主的時間。以我的朋友爲例。她有幾個面試,當她遞交求職申請時,她說她只是想嘗試,即使她得到了那份工作,她也不會接受,因爲她不感興趣。然後,有一間公司想要她，她不感興趣,拒絕籤合同。僱主對她非常生氣,因爲他們錯過了很多優秀的學生。與此同時,她浪費了僱主的時間和精力。
I learn that we should not bother the company if we don’t have sincerity. Never try to waste other people’s time, or we will be punished some day. 我知道我們不應該打擾公司，如果我們沒有誠意。不要去浪費別人的時間,不然總有一天我們會受到懲罰。
