荷蘭脆麪包的內部散發着芝麻香,表面的脆殼則是米糊烤制而成。除了直接吃,它也常被用來做三明治或漢堡什麼的。

The bread Dutch Crunch is generally made with sesame oil, which gives it a distinct aroma, and with a pattern baked into the top made by painting rice paste onto the surface prior to baking. The paste dries and cracks during the baking process. The rice paste crust also gives the bread a distinctive flavour. It has a crusty exterior, but is soft inside. Eating practically anything on a few slices of Dutch Crunch bread is amazing. Bakeries all over the city take pride in their loaves and slices.
