corporate n.公司a.公司的;法人的;共有的

[根] cor-表示“身體”;co-共同;r可以想成“肉”。大家的肉體，就叫身體;比如corpse，叫做“屍體“，因爲肉體已經被撲死(p-se)了——當然，這裏面corp也是“身體“的意思。詞根總是會加減一些字母，背到這裏我想大家已經見怪不怪了!

[記]corp身體;or-音“嘔”。你的公司(corp-or-ate)肯定是你用身體，嘔心瀝血拼搏、建立的。

[串]公司是大家共有的，需要找個法人。

[變]corporation n.公司(就是corporate)

我們公司的氛圍非常不錯。

enterprise n.企業;進取心

[記]一進去(enter)，公司就給你很高的身價(prise,price的變化)，你肯定會很有進取心(enterprise)。

[串]做企業最重要的就是要有進取心。

[近]企業：establishment，corporation進取心;ambition，aggression

[例]It is believed that the state-owned enterprises boast more privileges than the private onesdo.

大家都認爲國企比私企擁有更多的特權。

undertake v.承擔;創業;承諾

[記]under-在下面;take拿。在下面把一個東西拿着，就是在承擔它;開始創業就是要承擔更多，創業成功要信守承諾。

[搭]undertake to do承諾去做某事

[近]take on承擔 pladge vt.承諾

[變]undertaking n.承諾;公司(創出來的業)

[例]The collage students who undertake businesses have to undertake numerousresponsibilities.

創業的大學生必須要承擔很多責任。

enter v.進入;加入;輸入

[記]音似“因特( en-ter)”。我們最想進入、加入、去輸入(enter)什麼的地方就是因特網了。

[記]灰“太郎(tai-l)“有一個大尾巴(tail)。

tailor n.裁縫 vt.使合身;縫製(衣服)

[記]每一個多餘的尾巴(tail)都要剪掉的人(or)就是裁縫(tail-or);裁縫的職責就是tailor clothes to fityour body(把一件衣服修剪得符合你的身材)。

[例]The garments of this brand are exclusively tailored in Britain.這個牌子的衣服只在英國生產。

retail v.零售

[記]ra-往回，重複;tail尾部;重複去買一些尾單貨，就是一點一點買，所以叫零售。

[變]retailer n.零售商

[例]The profit of retailers is lower than that of wholesalers.

零售商的利潤比批發商的要低。

earn.v.賺得;獲得

[記]商家要賺錢都是通過“訛你(ear-n)”。

[變]earning n.收入

作爲一個名師，思思不僅賺到了錢，還獲得了學生的喜愛。

earnest a.熱烈的，熱心的;真誠的;認真的

[真]earn-賺錢;-est最。只有真誠待客、熱心服務、認真做事( earnest)才能幫你賺到最多的錢。

[近]真誠的:sincere，cordial 熱心的：warm-hearted

[例]The vital feature of a love letter is to be earnest.

一封情書最重要的特點就是真誠。

learn v.學;學會;獲悉，知道

[記]拉(l)你賺錢(earn),要先學(learn)知識、知道很多以後纔可以。

[變]learning n.學問;知識(-ing做名詞表示一整類事物) learned a.有學問的(-ed表示“完成”。注意讀音)

[例]It is universally believed that the learned and the beautiful can make a perfect couple.
