【口語解說】boost up/tear down
這兩個詞組不算什麼太難的，恆星小D上都能搜到。前者是增強、鼓勵的意思；後者則表示貶低、詆譭——不要以爲是眼淚留下來的意思哈~~這一對基本上能算是反義詞啦，所以感覺會蠻有用的，特別提出來，大家記住喲！
