Nowadays, college teachers have faced the new challenge, they need to accept the students’ rating of them. The teachers are in great pressure, because if they get the low mark, they will be embarrassed and question about themselves. In my opinion, the rating is good for both students and teachers. 如今，大學教師面臨着新的挑戰，他們需要接受學生對他們的打分。老師面臨很大的壓力，因爲如果他們得到低的分數，就會很尷尬，並且自我懷疑。在我看來，打分對老師和學生都有好處。
On the one hand, the students can give their reaction to the teachers. In traditional class, teacher is in the leading position, all the students go with them. When the students have the questions, they don’t have the time to ask. But rating system makes the class no longer the one-sided activity, the students are the important part. They can let the teachers know how the teaching method is working. 一方面，學生可以把他們的反應呈現給老師。在傳統的課堂裏，教師處在第一的位置，所有的學生都要跟着他們走。當學生有問題，他們沒有時間來提問。但是評價系統能讓課堂不再是單方面的活動，學生也是很重要的部分。他們能夠讓教師知道他們的教學方法該如何運作。
On the other hand, the teacher can adjust their teaching method. The new system pays attention to the students’ reaction, so the teachers can better understand how the students feel about their lessons. They can make some changes, so the students learn better. 另一方面，教師可以調整他們的教學方法。新的體系關注學生的反應，因此老師能更好的理解學生對他們上課的感受。教師可以做一些調整，以此讓學生學得更好。
The rating system is necessary, it makes both the teacher and students become the important parts of the class. 評價系統是必須的，它讓老師和學生都成爲課堂的重要部分。
