《瘋狂動物城》走紅 耳廓狐售價萬元成新寵

The release of the computer-animated film "Zootopia" has given rise to illegal online sales of fennec foxes as the character of a con artist fox in the movie has attracted many fans.

由於在最近上映的電腦動畫電影《瘋狂動物城》中的狐狸騙子一角吸引了衆多粉絲，這也引發了非法網售耳廓狐的現象。

With the success of the movie "Zootopia" in China, two of the movie's characters, Nick Wilde and Finnick, have gained great popularity among audiences. Moviegoers have taken it upon themselves to research the characters and discovered that Nick and Finnick are actually two different types of fox: red and fennec.

隨着電影《瘋狂動物城》票房大賣，電影中的兩個角色Nick Wilde和Finnick也受到了大衆的追捧。電影愛好者們分析了這兩個動物形象，發現Nick Wilde和Finnick屬於不同類型的狐狸：紅狐狸和小狐狸。

Recently, there was a news story of a father in Beijing who planned to buy his daughter a fennec fox as a pet.

近日，北京的一名父親甚至想給女兒買個小狐狸作爲寵物。

'After seeing the movie Zootopia, my daughter became crazy about fennec foxes and demanded one for a pet,' the parent said. 'However, I found that they can only be traded privately because they are a protected species.'

“在看了電影《瘋狂動物城》之後，我的女兒瘋狂的迷上了耳廓狐，並要求養一隻當作寵物。”這名父親說道。“但是，我發現只能私下交易，因爲這些狐狸是受保護的物種。”

Many pictures and ads for the animals can be found on an online forum. A seller said that two vaccinated fennec foxes are now priced at RMB30,000.

在一家在線論壇上可以找到許多關於耳廓狐的圖片和廣告。一位賣家稱，目前兩隻接種過疫苗的耳廓狐售價3萬元。

The fennec fox was listed in the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species and it is prohibited to buy or sell the animal without authorization in China. The fennec fox is not a native species to China, and buying and selling the animal must go through a series of qualifying procedures.

耳廓狐被列入《瀕危野生動植物種國際貿易公約》，我國禁止私自買賣。耳廓狐不是我國原產物種，必須通過一系列手續獲得資質方可合法交易。

China is one of the 100 countries that have signed the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES). CITES classifies plants and animals according to three categories. Appendix I lists species that are in danger of extinction. It also prohibits outright the commercial trade of these plants and animals. Appendix II species are those that are not threatened by extinction but that might suffer a serious decline in number if trade is not restricted; their trade is regulated by permits. Appendix III species are protected in at least one CITES member country, and those member countries have petitioned other countries for help in controlling international trade of that species.

中國是簽署《瀕危物種國際貿易公約》的100個國家之一。公約把瀕危物種劃分爲三類。條例的第一條規定了瀕臨滅絕的物種名單，禁止這些動植物的商業貿易；第二條規定了那些雖然不瀕臨滅絕但是如果商業交易不加以限制，數量也會大量削減的物種，這些物種必須經審批纔可以進行交易；第三條則規定，有些物種是由至少一個公約簽署國保護的，這些單一的國家請求其他國家幫助控制物種的國際貿易。

The fennec fox belongs to Appendix II, and the red fox to Appendix III. It is illegal to sell or purchase fennec foxes online under any circumstances in China. International trade requires a very complex procedure. While the red fox is a protected animal in China, it can be traded, but red fox owners are not permitted to allow the animals into the wild.

小狐狸歸屬第二條例，紅狐狸歸屬第三條例。在中國任何情況下買賣小狐狸都是非法的。國際貿易需要非常複雜的步驟。然而紅狐狸在中國是保護動物，可以進行交易，但是紅狐狸主人不經容許不可以將紅狐狸置於野外。
