show that there is an oversupply of college trained workers and that this oversupply is increasing. Already there have been more than

第二節 書面表達評分原則
1.本題總分爲25分，按5檔次給分。
2.評分時，先根據文章的內容和語言初步確定其所屬檔次，然後以該檔次的要求來衡量，確定或調整檔次，最後給分。
3.評分時，應注意的主要內容爲：內容要點、應用詞彙和語法的準確性、上下文的連貫性及語言的得體性。
4.拼寫與標點符號是語言準確性的一個方面，評分時，應視其對交際的影響程度予以考試。
5.如書寫較差，以至影響交際，將分數降低一個檔次。

要點認定：
考生必須有較完整的句子表達出要點。如只有關鍵詞而無主謂結構，不可視爲要點寫出。圍繞要點的發揮，如有語言錯誤，則扣語言分。
四、檔次列表
爲了操作方便，按表達要點的多少和使用語言的情況，劃分爲五個檔次，列表說明如下：
檔次得分要點數語言情況
五21—255-6語言基本無誤，行文連貫，表達清楚。
四16—204-5語言有少量錯誤，行文基本連貫，表達基本清楚。
三11—153-4語言有一些錯誤，尚能達意。
二6—102-3語言錯誤很多，影響表達。
一0—51-2只能寫出與所要求內容有關的一些單詞。
注意：
1.原則上應按照考生所表達的要點數歸檔。如語言錯誤多，可降一檔，如語言表達較好，可打該檔最高分或上升一檔。
2.在同一檔次內，根據語言錯誤的多少確定五個分值。
①1—2個錯誤，取該檔次分值的高線;
②3—4個錯誤，取該檔次分值的中線;
③5個錯誤，取該檔次分值的低線;
