Steven wants to apply for a library card. Now he is asking the librarian what he should do.

Steven: Good morning. I want to apply for a library card.

Lisa: Give me 10yuan, your ID card and a photo of you please.

Lisa: Yes, if the card is well kept and has no dirt and scratches.
