Urban Dictionary對於fashionably late的解釋：

The refined art of being just late enough (5 minutes or so) to give the impression that you are a busy, popular person that was held up with other business.

How to be fashionably late?

1.依場合而定。不同場合的“遲到基金”不同；
2.做到因人而異；
common sense；
4.避免last-in, first-out(最後一個到，第一個走)。
