你的下屬對你的評價如何？
They think I am an expert in the IT field and also that I treat them fairly.
下屬認爲我是信息技術領域的專家，並且待人公正。
Some past subordinates said I'm intense and demanding,but that is because I have high expecations for them.
以前的一些下屬說我嚴厲而嚴格，但那是因爲我對他們有很高的期望。
They probably have to work harder for me than other bosses,but they know that brings the best of them.
也許在我手下做事，遠比在其他上司手下做事辛苦，但是他們知道這樣才能激發出自己最大的潛能。
All the people who worked for me said they learned more from me than anyone else.
所有在我手下工作過的人都說，從我這兒學到的東西比其他人那兒學到都多。
回答時，當然要列舉出一些好的評價。但是，如果必須要說出下屬評價中自己的缺點，可以列舉出一些能帶來“好”結果的缺點，或者是現在已經改正了的缺點。
