如果一個人經常坐不住，不是出去打球就是出去閒逛，一回到家，似乎就準備隨時出門，像這一類人的習性，就可用on-the-go形容，相當於very busy或是occupied。

A:you.see, my brother is on-the-go all the time.
A:你看，我弟弟整天不在家。
B:Why don't you stop him?
B:爲什麼你們不阻止他呢？
A:My parents couldn't control him.
