I gave a young homeless guy a couple of quid in Glasgow.

I don't normally give money but it was just what I had in my pocket and there was something about this dude that just looked sad.
平時我不會把錢送給路邊的乞丐，不過今天我的口袋裏正好有一點零錢，而且這個乞丐身上似乎有某種特質，讓我受到了觸動。
Got chatting for a wee while and he told me about his days and nights.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a sheet of cute stickers that a child had given him.
這時，他把手伸進口袋，拿出一條可愛的貼紙，這是一個孩子送給他的。
He told me to take them because he was grateful for the money and the chat.
他讓我把這些貼紙拿去，他說，我給了他錢，還陪他聊天，這是爲了向我表達謝意。
I told him it was very kind but to hold onto them and maybe he could give them to children or put them on his sign.
我告訴他，我非常感謝他的心意，不過這些貼紙他一定要自己收好，說不定他可以把他們送給其他孩子，或者把它們貼在他的木牌上。
