男子飛機上領到'過期十年'三明治 航空公司稱是印刷錯誤

A easyJet passenger was served a sandwich labelled ten years out of date.

日前，一名易捷航空乘客居然被提供了一份過期10年的三明治。

Adrian Bell, from Wrexham in Wales, bought a cheese toastie on a flight from Zante with his wife Lindsey, 42.

來自威爾士雷克瑟姆的艾德里安·貝爾和42歲的妻子林賽，在一架從桑特島出發的飛機上購買了一個奶酪三明治。

When the snack arrived the 59-year-old was stunned to see the date read June 16, 2007.

當該三明治送到59歲的貝爾面前時，他吃驚的發現上面的日期居然寫的是2007年6月16日。

He complained to staff and warned other passengers before eating the snack anyway and declaring 'it was still really tasty, just a little overcooked'.

隨後，他向機上工作人員投訴此事，並提醒其他乘客在吃三明治之前先看下日期，他表示，這個三明治“還能吃，只是口感有些烘烤過度了”。

When he complained on the flight, Mr Bell claims one air hostess joked: 'We should charge you more, it's an antique'.

貝爾稱，當他在飛機上抱怨此事時，一位空姐還開玩笑地說：“我們應該多收你些錢纔對，這可是個'古董'。”

EastJet later offered a stinging rebuke to his complaint saying: 'This was obviously a manual printing error and we are surprised that anyone would think it was anything else.'

事發之後，易捷航空公司強烈地迴應了貝爾的投訴，稱“這個日期明顯就是印刷錯誤，我們很吃驚竟然有人會多想”。

Mr Bell said: 'I told staff on the plane about it and they said it wasn't out of date - but they were just looking at the day and month, not the year. I've been writing to customer service but they just don't answer. It was dangerous serving it, we don't know how long it's been frozen for.'

貝爾說道：“我當時向乘務員反映了這件事，他們卻說三明治沒過期--可是他們當時只看了日期和月份，並沒有看年份。我已經致信客服了，但他們並沒有回覆。提供這種食物可是很危險的，我們不知道它已經被冷凍了多久。”
