外國人都是怎麼聊“結婚”的？
今年似乎真的是娛樂圈的結婚年，霍建華和林心如，陳妍希和陳曉，結婚的情侶一對兒接一對兒。而我們的另一位女神，在9月3日，宣佈自己嫁給了與她相識20年的馮德倫。
那麼，今天我們就來看看與“結婚”有關的一系列的英語表達吧！首先，“結婚”用英語怎麼表達呢？
（1）get married
marry
是表示嫁或娶的意思，它是一個及物動詞，必須要加賓語。例如“我要娶她”就是
I will marry her.
注意：
I will get married.
是指我“將來”想結婚。
如果你已經計劃好要結婚，你就要說：
I'm going to get married. 或者 I'm getting married.”
指的是我“要”結婚了，新娘已經選好了，而且婚禮在近期內就要舉行了。
那麼“結了婚”就可以說：We were married
或是
We got married.
這二種都很常用。要是你說I want you to marry me.就是“我希望你嫁/娶我”
（2）Get hitched .

本意是指車輛後的拖鉤，用
get hitched
表示兩個人從此牽在了一起,這麼是不是很生動呢？
（3）Tie the knot
據說來歷是因爲婚牀上的帳子必須用打結的繩子才能支起來，那“打個結”和結婚有什麼關係？
A very old type of wedding ceremony involved tying a knot to symbolize the joining of the couple's lives and now “tie the knot” has become a synonym for marriage.
在以前的結婚典禮上要打結，表示新郎新娘的生活從此結合在一起。因此纔會用tie the knot 來表示結婚。
（4）Walk down the aisle .
Aisle
是指婚禮禮堂賓客之間的走廊，走過這段路就到了舉行婚禮儀式的地方了。
注意噢，aisle這個詞很容易讀錯，s是不發音的哦。關於舒淇女神和馮先生的婚禮舉行得如此突然，大家便紛紛猜測舒淇是否懷孕了。但人家可是發表聲明沒有懷孕。
So, it’s not a shotgun wedding.
中文裏的“奉子成婚”，“先上車後補票”在英語裏就叫]“shotgun.”Shotgun的意思是霰彈槍。

原指女方拿槍逼男方結婚，如今指因爲懷孕而被迫結的婚。
但是，我們還是願意相信，所有的婚姻的結合，是因爲愛。
那一般來說，作爲男方，是如何向你愛的女孩求婚呢？英劇《唐頓莊園》裏經典一幕——
hew: You’ve lived your life and I 've lived now it's time we lived them together.
我們已經一直各自生活，我們今後應該一起過活了。
Lady Mary：Please don't take me there again unless you're sure.
如果你不確定的話，請不要引導我那樣想
hew:I’m sure.
我確定！
Lady Mary則繼續傲嬌加萬分謹慎！
Lady Mary：You must say it properly.I won't answer unless you kneel down and everything!
你必須嚴肅地說出來。除非你跪下求婚，否則我可不會答應你。(哎呀，女方都說到這份上了，咱們的男同胞趕緊下跪求婚呀，還等什麼呢！)
hew: Lady Mary Crawley, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?
那答案當然是
“ Yes！”
我願意啦！
接下來，就應該舉行婚禮了。
現在中國有越來越多的年輕人趨向於西方式的婚禮。教堂婚禮的重頭戲就是由牧師帶領兩位新人作結婚誓言 （wedding vows）.
那麼這段話用英文是怎麼說的呢？
情景重現:
（婚禮主持）：
I think it's time for the wedding to begin.
好，時間差不多了。
All right, ladies and gentleman. Please take your wedding ceremony is about to begin.
好，女士們，先生們。請各就各位，婚禮馬上就要開始了。
（婚禮進行曲響起，聖潔的婚禮正式開始）
Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join this man and this woman in holy wedlock.
大家好，我們今天在這裏出席這位男士和這位女士的神聖的婚禮。
Do either of you have any reason why you should not legally be joined in marriage?
請問你們倆彼此當中的哪一位，有誰有什麼理由認爲你們的婚盟不合法嗎？
Is there anyone present who can show any just cause why these two people should not be legally joined in marriage?
在場的各位當中，有誰能提供正當的理由，指出這兩位的婚姻不合法嗎？(如果任何人知道有什麼理由使得這次婚姻不能成立,就請說出來

好，（新郎正式姓名），你願意接受（新娘正式姓名），作爲你的合法妻子嗎？
Bridegroom: I do.
新郎： 我願意。
And you,(full name of the bride here),do you take (full name of the bridegroom here) to be your wedded husband?
好，（新娘正式姓名），你願意接受（新郎正式姓名），作爲你的合法丈夫嗎？
Bride: I do.
新娘： 我願意。
The rings, please.
請交換結婚戒指。
The two rings should be put on the Bible held by the Judge. Then the bridegroom take one up and puts it on the bride's finger. The bride take the other one up and puts it on the bridegroom's finger.
兩枚婚戒被放到《聖經》上。新郎把其中一枚爲新娘戴到她的手指上。然後新娘把另一枚爲新郎戴到他的手指上。

你現在可以親吻你的妻子了，（新郎正式姓名）。
上面看的是其中一個版本，而我們最耳熟能詳的神父說的“你願意讓她成爲你的妻子/丈夫，愛她/他、照顧她/他無論疾病、痛苦……”那段話是這樣講的：
(Bride's Name/Groom's Name), do you take (Groom's Name/Bride's Name) for your lawful wedded husband/wife, to live together after God's ordinance, in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love, honor, comfort, and cherish him/her from this day forward, forsaking all others, keeping only unto him/her for as long as you both shall live?
新娘/新郎，你願意讓他/她成爲你的合法丈夫/妻子，正如上帝之神聖命定，從今以後愛着他/她，尊敬他/她，安慰他/她、珍愛他/她，並且在你們有生之年不另作他想，不離不棄，忠誠對待他/她嗎？
埃克斯阿爾曼說“對待自己溫柔一點，你只不過是宇宙的孩子，與植物、星辰沒什麼兩樣。”
