The handover ceremony is about the Korea give back the remains of Chinese people's Volunteer Army martyrs in Inchon International Airport. There are about 437 bodies and relics after confirmed.

The Chinese delegation attended and held a memorial ceremony. After careful preparation, the two sides formally implemented handover ceremony today.
這些烈士是抗美援朝戰爭時期犧牲並散葬在朝鮮半島“軍事分界線”以南，近年來，經韓方發掘、鑑別後集中安葬在韓國京畿道坡州墓地。2013年6月，韓國總統朴槿惠訪華期間，向中國領導人提出移交在韓志願軍烈士遺骸，在中韓兩國領導人共同關心和推動下，經過雙方相關部門多次磋商，最終確定交接相關事宜。2013年12月19日，雙方啓動烈士遺骸起掘工作；2014年3月17日，雙方共同實施了遺骸裝殮入棺活動，中方派團出席並舉行了悼念儀式，經過認真準備，今天雙方正式實施交接。
