POP YOUR SHEETS IN THE FREEZER

It may sound like a recipe for a sleepless night, but wetting your bed sheets and chilling them in the fridge or freezer three to four hours before you go to bed can work wonders.

Curry is an unexpected cooler during a heatwave, especially one made with light, easily digestible proteins such as chicken or fish. Curry contains capsaicin, a heat compound found in chilli peppers, which stimulates sweat production.
